Managing Your Customers in Extra360

The Customers section allows you to view and manage the loyalty activity of your customers. You can see their point balance, details of how and when points were earned, and adjust points manually if necessary.

Customer List

In this section, you will find a list of all customers who have created an account or placed an order on your Shopify store. Each entry displays:

  • ID: The unique identifier for each customer.

  • Name: The customer’s registered name.

  • Email: The email address associated with the customer’s account.

  • Points: The total points accumulated by the customer.

  • Birthday: If provided, this shows the customer's birthday for offering special rewards on that day.

  • Action: Click ‘‘Detail’’ to see more information about the customer’s points history and make manual adjustments.

Customer Details

When you click Detail, you’ll be directed to the customer's overview page, where you can:

  • View Balance: The total points a customer currently has.

  • Points History: A log of transactions, showing when and how points were earned or redeemed.

  • Adjust Points: You can manually adjust a customer’s points by clicking ‘‘Adjust Points’’, adding or subtracting points as needed.

View Point Details

By clicking the View button in the Points History section, you can see detailed information for each transaction, such as the title, date, status, and type. This view helps you track individual transactions and understand customer engagement within your loyalty program.
