The Notifications feature allows you to send automated emails to customers, keeping them informed about their loyalty rewards, referral activities, VIP tier achievements, and program updates. With this feature, you can keep customers engaged and aware of their interactions with your loyalty program.

1.Types of Notifications:

  1. Reward Program Notifications: These are sent to notify customers of key moments, such as earning points, redeeming rewards, receiving birthday gifts, last chance emails to alerts customers when they are nearing the expiration of points or rewards, or reminder emails to send follow-up emails to remind customers of any unfinished activities. They all serve as engagement tools to remind your customers of their benefits.

  2. Referral Program Notifications: These notifications are designed to keep customers actively involved in your referral program. For instance, you can inform the referrer when they’ve earned points or received a coupon for successfully referring someone. Additionally, you can notify the referred friend when they’ve earned points after completing their first purchase, encouraging both parties to stay engaged with your brand.

  3. VIP Tier Notifications: These notifications celebrate customers when they reach a new VIP tier, such as Silver, Gold, or Platinum. You can notify the customer when they've achieved a new tier, acknowledging their loyalty and motivating them to continue shopping to unlock exclusive rewards. This recognition fosters deeper customer loyalty and enhances engagement.

  4. Expired Program Notifications: These notifications create a sense of urgency by informing customers about upcoming expirations of points or rewards. You can use them to warn your customers when their points are close to expiring, encouraging them to use their rewards or If they haven't taken action, you can send them "Last Call" notification serves as a final reminder, helping prevent missed opportunities and driving purchases.

Customizing Notifications:

Each notification can be tailored to align with your brand’s identity and messaging. You can:

  • Turn notifications on or off: Use the toggle button to enable or disable each type of email.

  • Edit email content: Adjust the subject line, email body, and call-to-action buttons to make the email more compelling and brand-aligned. For example:

    • Subject Line: Use variables like {{shop_name}} to personalize the subject line.

    • Email Content: Add custom text, product links, or special offers.

    • Call-to Action Button Text & Action Links: Customize the call-to-action button that directs customers to your store or a specific offer.

  • Add Branding: Personalize the email by adding your brand's logo, changing background colors, and customizing the color of action buttons to match your store's theme.

After setting up your notification email content and design, do not forget to click on the ‘‘Save’’ button
