How do I get started?
To get started with Extra360, install the app from the Shopify App Store. Then, follow the onboarding steps to set up your loyalty program: configure earning and redeeming points, customize your branding, and choose a plan that fits your business. Once complete, you’re ready to launch and start engaging customers!
Usage
How do I use Extra Point?
Extra Points allow you to offer targeted rewards on specific products, collections, or to specific customer groups. To use this feature, go to the ‘‘Loyalty Program" section in the left panel and find ‘‘Extra Points’’. Click "Add ways to Extra Points," and select the products, collections, and eligible customers for the campaign. You can also set the start and end date, making it easy to run time-limited promotions.
Can I use Extra360 on multiple devices?
Yes, you can access Extra360 across multiple devices. Whether you're using a desktop, tablet, or mobile device, Extra360 is fully compatible and synced with your Shopify store, ensuring seamless usage and control from anywhere.
Can I exclude specific customers from earning points?
Yes, using the "Extra Points" feature, you can exclude certain customers by applying targeted rules to specific customer segments or profiles.
How do I exclude certain products from the loyalty program?
With the "Extra Points" feature, you can exclude products by configuring eligible products or collections during the campaign setup and omit the ones you don’t want included.
Can I manually adjust customer points?
Yes, you can manually adjust points for individual customers. Simply go to the "Customers" section in the dashboard, click on the customer's profile, and select "Adjust Points." You can enter the new point value, and the change will be saved. Note that adjusting points does not affect the customer’s VIP tier status unless manually updated separately.

How do I manage my account?
To manage your account, navigate to the "Settings" section in the Extra360 dashboard. Here, you can update general settings, email preferences, orders settings, and billing information.
What payment methods are accepted?
Extra360 accepts payments via your Shopify billing system. The charges for any subscription or extra features will be included in your Shopify monthly billing cycle. You can review your billing settings under the "Billing" section in the Extra360 settings tab.
Can I switch between different subscription plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Extra360 subscription by navigating to the "Subscription" section of the dashboard. Choose the plan that best fits your needs, and changes will reflect in your Shopify billing cycle.
