Redeeming Points
The Redeeming Points section allows you to set up various ways for customers to redeem their earned points through coupons. These coupons provide flexible reward options, which can help drive future purchases and enhance customer satisfaction.
1.Add Ways to Redeem
To set up ways for your customers to redeem points, click the Add ways to redeem button.

2.Choose the Type of Your Redeem Program:
In the Extra360 Shopify App, customers can redeem their points for coupons in two ways:

Discount Amount: Customers can redeem points for a fixed monetary discount coupon. This coupon provides a set discount (e.g., $10 off) that can be applied to their purchase.
Percentage Off: Customers can exchange points for a percentage-based discount coupon (e.g., 10% off). This option encourages larger orders since the savings increase with the order value.
Each redeemed reward is issued in coupon form, ensuring easy application at checkout for a seamless experience.
3.Set the Title and Point & Discounts
To set up a Redeem Program in Extra360, follow these steps after selecting the redeem type:

Set a Title: Enter a unique name for the reward, which will help customers identify the type of discount they can redeem.
Assign Points: Specify how many points a customer needs to redeem in exchange for the reward. For example, you can set 100 points for $10 off (for Discount Amount) or 100 points for 10% off (for Percentage Off).
4.Click the ‘‘Save’’ Button

After setting up your Redeem program, don’t forget to click the ‘‘Save’’ button to activate your redeem program.
