VIP Tiers

VIP Tiers

The VIP Tiers allows you to create exclusive levels for your most loyal customers, encouraging repeat purchases and rewarding them for their continued support. Here’s how to set up and manage your VIP tiers:

1.Adding a VIP Tier

To create a new VIP tier, click on the ‘‘Add VIP Tier button’’. You can define multiple tiers based on points earned by customers, such as Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Each tier can be customized with the following:

  1. Tier Name: This is the title your customers will see, like “Gold,” “Silver,” or any other names you choose for your VIP levels.

  2. Goal to Achieve Tier: Set the number of points customers need to earn in order to reach this tier. For instance, you can set 250 points for the Gold tier, 100 points for Silver, and so on.

After all, click on the ‘‘Create’’ button.

2.Program Start Date

You can define when your VIP program starts counting customer activity. From this date onward, all points earned by customers will contribute toward unlocking a tier. Set the start date to match when the program goes live or to any preferred date for your business goals.

3.Entry Methods

There are three ways you can assign customers to tiers:

  • Points earned: Customers reach VIP tiers based on the points they accumulate.

  • Amount spent: Customers qualify for VIP status based on how much money they’ve spent.

  • Number of orders placed: Customers can be assigned to tiers based on how many orders they have completed.

4.Expiration Rules

You can also decide how long a customer retains their VIP status:

  • Lifetime as a VIP customer: Once a customer reaches a tier, they remain in that tier indefinitely.

  • Full Calendar Year renewal: This option grants VIP status for the current year, with the status being retained until the end of the following calendar year.

5.Customizing Tier Rewards

Within each tier, you can add specific rewards that customers will unlock upon reaching that tier.

To add specific rewards that customers will unlock upon reaching a VIP tier, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Edit" button next to the selected VIP tier (e.g., Gold, Silver, or Bronze).

  • Then, click on "Add Reward" in the Reward to Unlock section.

Here, you can set up both Customer ways to Reward and Customer ways to Earn:

Customer Ways to Reward:

  • Percentage Discount: Offer percentage discount coupons, such as 10% off purchases.

  • Fixed Discount: Provide fixed discount coupons, like $10 off their next order.

Customer Ways to Earn:

  • Place an Order: Reward customers for every purchase they make.

  • Celebrate a Birthday: Offer rewards to customers on their birthday.

Each reward is designed to enhance the value of the VIP tier, encouraging customers to remain engaged with your brand.

6.Managing Your Tiers

Once a tier is created, you can manage it by turning it on or off, editing the details, or even deleting it. For example, you might want to run special promotions or disable a tier temporarily.

By setting up VIP tiers, you incentivize your most valuable customers to keep shopping with you and reward them with meaningful perks that enhance their loyalty experience.

7.Activating Deactivating Your VIP Program

At the bottom of the page, you can activate or deactivate your VIP program:

  • Active: Customers can earn points and access rewards.

  • Deactivate: Temporarily pause the program without losing your settings.

This step gives you full control over running your VIP program based on your business needs.
