Manage Your Subscription

With Extra360, you have the flexibility to choose a subscription plan that best suits your business, whether you're just starting out or scaling up. You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the "Subscriptions" section in the app. Adjust your plan based on your growing needs and order capacity, with all features like VIP tiers, advanced analytics, and more included from the start, regardless of your subscription level.

1.Types of Subscription Plans

  • Free: A great starting point for small or trial operations, the Free plan supports up to 100 orders per month. It’s perfect for exploring the loyalty program’s features at no cost.

  • Starter: Designed for growing businesses, the Starter plan offers enhanced capacity to help you scale your engagement efforts. It supports up to 1,000 orders per month. If your business exceeds this limit, additional charges will apply, billed monthly.

  • Growth: Tailored for stores aiming for rapid growth, the Growth plan allows for 3,000 orders per month. Should your store exceed this limit, additional pricing will be applied, billed monthly, giving you flexibility as your engagement increases.

  • Pro: The Pro plan is designed for enterprise-level loyalty management, offering maximum capacity with 10,000 orders per month. If you surpass this limit, additional charges will apply, billed monthly, ensuring seamless scalability for large businesses with high order volumes.

2.Payment & Billing

You can opt for monthly billing or choose yearly payments to unlock additional savings, equivalent to getting two months free compared to paying month-to-month. This flexible payment structure allows you to manage your budget effectively while enjoying Extra360's complete loyalty features and benefits year-round. Each plan is designed to help you maximize customer retention, boost engagement, and grow your business.

Note!

If your business exceeds the monthly order limit for any plan, additional charges will apply. The option to exceed the limit varies by plan, with different pricing structures depending on your subscription level.

When using Extra360 on a Shopify store, all billing (including subscription fees and usage-based fees) is processed through Shopify. These charges are consolidated into your regular Shopify invoice, so you'll see them alongside your usual Shopify subscription billing.

3.Canceling Your Membership Plan

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can switch to the free plan. This option allows you to retain your loyalty program data while discontinuing the paid plan. Alternatively, if you prefer not to keep your data, you can uninstall the application. Please note that uninstalling will revoke access to all loyalty program information.
