Welcome to Extra360 Loyalty & Rewards App, crafted exclusively for Shopify! We're thrilled to help you create an engaging loyalty experience for your customers. Let’s walk you through the quick and easy setup process to get your loyalty program up and running in no time.

1.Installing the Extra360 App

Start by heading to the Shopify App Store. Simply search for Extra360 in the search bar and click Install once the app appears. It’s that easy!

After installation, you'll be greeted with a welcome screen highlighting the benefits of Extra360, such as centralizing all your campaigns and using product-based strategies to boost customer engagement. Click Get Started to begin!

2.Initial Setup: Tailoring the Experience to Your Needs

To ensure you get the most out of Extra360, we’ll ask a couple of quick questions. How familiar are you with loyalty programs? Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You’ll also let us know if you have a marketing team available to help with designing your campaigns. Once you’ve answered these questions, hit ‘’Next’’ to continue.

3.Setting Up Your Loyalty Program

Now comes the exciting part, configuring how your customers can earn and redeem points in your loyalty program.

Sign Up: By setting points for signing up, you can reward customers when they create an account in your store. This is a great way to encourage visitors to join your loyalty program.

Place an Order: You’ll also set the number of points customers earn for each purchase. For example, if you set 100 points for every $20 spent, customers will earn 100 points each time they spend $20 in your store. This motivates customers to spend more, knowing they will accumulate rewards with every order.

Next, configure how customers can redeem points for rewards. Coupons are typically used to offer discounts. For example, you might allow customers to redeem 100 points for a coupon worth $20, or whatever value you’ve set, to be applied to their next order.

After you’ve set your loyalty program rules, you can choose whether to launch your program immediately or schedule it for later. Once everything is set, click Next to proceed.

4.Customizing Your Loyalty Program

As a next step, the Branding section allows you to personalize your program before you launch it. You can give your loyalty program a unique name (don’t worry, it’s pre-filled with your store’s name, but you can change it if you like). Pick your brand’s colors, customize the icons, and see a live preview of how it’ll look. Once you’re happy with the design, click Next.

5.Launch Your Program

After setting up your loyalty program, you’ll reach the final screen summarizing your setup. Here, you’ll see a breakdown of how your loyalty program will function. Once everything looks good, click Launch your program to go live!

6.How to Enable the Extra360 Pop-up

After launching your program, you’ll be shown a video guide explaining how to enable the Extra360 pop-up on your store. This pop-up allows your customers to easily access and benefit from your loyalty offerings, including points and rewards. Make sure to follow the steps in the video to ensure your pop-up is activated and visible to your shoppers.

Once you've enabled the pop-up and saved it, you're all set to start engaging customers with your new loyalty program!

7.Choose Your Plan

To wrap up the onboarding process, you’ll select the plan that best suits your business. You can start with the Free Plan for new businesses or upgrade to the Starter, Growth, or Pro plans for increased order capacity as your business grows. Whatever you choose, you’re just one click away from getting started!

Once you've selected your plan, your loyalty program is fully set up and ready to go! You can now begin engaging your customers, tracking their activities, and rewarding them with points, coupons, and other incentives to drive long-term loyalty.
