Settings

The Settings section gives you control over different aspects of your loyalty program. Here's a quick overview of what you can customize.

1.General Settings

In General Settings, you can turn the loyalty program pop-up on or off by adjusting the App Status. The Language setting is currently available in English, displayed in the loyalty widget.

2.Email Settings

In the Email section you can upload your brand's logo to be displayed in all outgoing email messages. Click the "Edit Email Templates" button to navigate to the Notifications section, where you can review and adjust your email templates.

3.Billing Settings

Under Billing, you can see the details of your current subscription plan, including how much you're paying and how many orders have been processed. You can also update your actual plan or billing email here if needed.

4.Export/Import Settings

In the Import/Export section, you can import customer data into your loyalty program by uploading a file in the provided format. To get started, download the sample Excel file template. If you're transitioning to a new platform, you can also export your customer data from here.

5. Embed App

The Embed App section allows you to enable the app embed block, which helps Extra360 display relevant data on your store. Just click Enable App Embed, follow the steps, and you're good to go.
